Clean Club FAQ
What areas do you cover?
Clean Club covers Newport News, Hampton, York County, Poquoson, Suffolk, and Isle of Wight County. Just outside those? Text (757) 510-8288. We can often still fit you on a route, and a travel fee may apply depending on distance.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. As long as we can get to the car and a water-safe spot to work, we'll take care of it and text you when it's done.
How does billing work?
You're charged after each visit, never for a visit that didn't happen. Your first visit is a full detail at the regular price for your vehicle size (Express Detail from $195 for Clean Club, Signature Detail from $325 for VIP), then your plan price from there. Brand-new car (under 6 months old) or detailed by us in the last 60 days? You skip the starter detail and go straight to your plan price.
What if it rains on my visit day?
We'll move your visit to the next good day and text you the new time. Your plan keeps its schedule.
Can I pause or cancel?
Yes. After your 2nd visit there's no contract. Pause for a vacation or cancel anytime with one text.
What's the difference between Clean Club and VIP?
Clean Club keeps your car clean on the schedule you pick. VIP is monthly and adds conditioning and rain repellent every visit, two deep interior cleans a year, a free add-on, priority scheduling, Connor's direct cell, and 15% off any other service except ceramic coating.
I just got a ceramic coating. Does this work for me?
