Ceramic Coating That Keeps Your Paint Looking New
Deep gloss, serious water beading, and paint that's easier to wash. We come to your home or work, correct the paint, and coat it with CLEAN by Pan the Organizer, right in your driveway.
Does Your Paint Look Like This?
You just washed it, and it still looks flat instead of wet and glossy.
Fine circles and spiderwebs show up the second the sun hits the paint.
Spots from rain or sprinklers that don't come off with a normal wash.
Wax looks great for a week, then the gloss is gone again.
Most of that is fixable. Here's how we fix it, and how we keep it from coming back.
What Is A Ceramic Coating?
A ceramic coating is a thin, clear liquid that bonds to your car's paint and hardens into a protective layer. Think of it as a tough, slick skin on top of your clear coat.
Because it's slick, dirt and water have a hard time sticking. Washing gets faster, the gloss looks deeper, and your paint is better protected from sun, salt air, and everyday grime.
A coating locks in whatever is under it, so we always correct the paint first. That way it's sealing in a clean, glossy finish, not the swirls.

Five Steps, One Full Day
A coating locks in whatever is underneath it, so every car gets the same careful process, start to finish, at your home or work.
-
Step 1Assessment
We look over your paint in good light, point out what can and can't be fixed, and answer your questions before we start.
-
Step 2Prep and Decon
Foam pre-wash, careful hand wash, iron remover, and clay bar to pull out bonded grime your normal wash can't reach.
-
Step 31-Step Paint Correction
A machine polish removes light swirls and haze, then a panel wipe strips oils so the coating bonds properly.
-
Step 4Coating Application
CLEAN by Pan the Organizer goes on panel by panel under our canopy, then gets leveled so it cures clear and even.
-
Step 5Cure and Final Inspection
We check every panel under light, walk you through it, and go over how to care for your coating.

Polishing works by leveling a tiny bit of clear coat. If a defect sits on or near the surface, we can usually fix it. If it goes deep, we can often make it look better, but we won't promise it disappears.
Surface Contamination
Generally removable through decontamination.
Usually fixableSwirl Marks
Usually correctable with polishing.
Usually fixableBuffer Trails
Usually correctable with proper polishing.
Usually fixableLight Scuffs & Scratches
Often removable or significantly reduced.
Usually fixableEtching
Light etching may improve; deeper damage may remain.
May remainDeep Scratches
May improve, but cannot always be fully removed.
May remainProtection That Outlasts Wax & Sealants
Easier Washing
Water and dirt slide off, so washes are quicker and easier.
Deep Gloss
Corrected, coated paint has a rich, wet-looking shine that doesn't wash away like wax.
UV and Salt Air Protection
Helps guard against sun fading and the salty air we get near the water.
Bird Droppings and Sap
Gives you more time to clean them off before they damage the paint.
Protects Resale Value
Paint that stays glossy and healthy helps your car hold its value.
Long-Lasting Protection
Years of protection with simple care, not weeks like a wax.
Wax vs. Sealant vs. Ceramic
| Wax | Sealant | Ceramic Coating | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Typical lifespan | Weeks | Months | Years, with proper care |
| Gloss | Warm, short-lived | Good | Deep & long-lasting |
| Water beading | Fades quickly | Moderate | Strong & consistent |
| Chemical & UV resistance | Low | Moderate | High |
| Ease of washing | Standard | Better | Dramatically easier |
What A Coating Won't Do
We'd rather tell you now than have you find out later.
- It won't stop rock chips. A coating is thin. Gravel hitting the front of the car can still chip the paint.
- It won't prevent deep scratches. Keys, branches, and shopping carts can still scratch through it.
- You still need to wash your car. It stays cleaner longer and washes easier, but it isn't self-cleaning.
- It won't fix damage it covers. That's why the paint correction comes first, so we're sealing in a clean finish.

Ceramic Coating FAQ
Does a ceramic coating fix deep scratches?
No. A coating protects paint, it doesn't repair it. Our 1-step paint correction removes light swirls and haze, and can make some deeper scratches look better. If a scratch goes through the clear coat, it may still show. We'll point those out before we start so you know what to expect.
Do I need paint correction first?
Yes, and it's already included in every price. A coating locks in whatever is under it, swirls included. The 1-step paint correction cleans up the finish first, so the coating seals in gloss instead of defects.
Will paint correction remove my clear coat?
Only a very small amount. Polishing works by leveling a tiny layer of clear coat so the surface is smooth again. We measure carefully and take off only as much as needed. A 1-step correction is the gentle option, chosen to protect your paint for the long run.
How long does it take?
It's a full-day job, about 9 to 12 hours depending on vehicle size. After that, the vehicle needs to stay dry for about 24 hours while the coating sets, so we'll pick your date around the forecast.
How long does it last?
You choose: the 3-Year CLEAN coating comes standard, and the 8-Year coating is a $150 upgrade on any vehicle size. Real-world life depends on how the car is stored and washed. Gentle hand washes help it last; automatic brush car washes and harsh chemicals wear it down faster.
How do I wash a coated car?
Hand wash with a pH-neutral car soap and a clean microfiber mitt, rinse well, and dry with a soft microfiber towel. Skip automatic brush car washes. We'll go over aftercare with you on coating day, and a Clean Club membership is the easiest way to keep it performing like day one.
Is it safe for all paint colors?
Yes. The coating is clear, so it works on any color. Darker colors show the biggest jump in gloss, and lighter colors stay brighter and easier to keep clean.
What is the difference between the 3-year and 8-year coating?
The prep and paint correction are exactly the same. The 8-Year coating is a more durable product built to last longer, and it's $150 more for any vehicle size. If you plan to keep the car a long time, the 8-Year is usually worth it. If you might sell in a few years, the 3-Year is a great fit.
Can you do it at my home or work?
Yes, that's how we work. Our trailer carries its own water and power, and we work under a canopy to keep the paint out of direct sun while the coating goes on. We come to Newport News, Hampton, York County, Poquoson, Suffolk, and Isle of Wight County. Farther out? A travel fee may apply. If rain is in the forecast, we'll reschedule rather than risk the finish.
Is my car a good candidate?
Almost any vehicle can be coated: new cars, daily drivers, trucks, and leased vehicles. If your paint has heavier scratches, text a few photos to (757) 510-8288 and we'll let you know what to expect.
